1 - Conditions for sellers

Last updated 03/04/2020.

As of 3/4/2020, we have had to modify the commission conditions for sellers since, due to the technology we use, we have been forced to use another type of connection with the payment gateway, which has not allowed us to maintain the previous commissions. Now, the commissions are charged to us and in addition, they are a little higher and complex, below we give you examples. All this is very much to our regret. First we apologize, we are doing all this selflessly and we have been naive, and second, we ask you please, if you do not agree with the new conditions, delete the ads or let us know to do so. Here is the link to the official website of the Stripe payment gateway where you can see the official rates. The type of account we use is the Stripe Connect module for marketplaces (websites with more than one vendor), and the accounts are the custom accounts. In addition to these fees, we should add those of the transactions themselves, which you can see here.

We also clarify that all payments received so far (3/4/2020 at 23:59), are free of commissions, we assume them completely.

Commissions.

Example: for a 20 Euro coupon, the commission will be 0.83 Euro. We explain it below:

  1. Commission for the management of the payment: It is 1.4% of the transaction + 0.25 For a payment of £20, this would be a total of £0.53.
  2. Commission for total sales per month: 0.25% of total sales. If in one month you sell 4 coupons of 20 euros, they add up to a total of 80 euros. The 0.25% of 80 euros is 0.20 euros.
  3. Commission for each transfer made to your bank, there is a commission of 0.10
  4. Monthly commission: if you receive payments during the current month, you will be charged 2 ? per month.

Total commissions for the payment of 20 euros: 0.53 + 0.20 + 0.10 = 0.83 To this must be added 2 ? per month.

Here is a table with examples of the commissions for different types of amounts.

Example of commissions.

Summary.

  1. Yo por titú por míis a non-profit project. We do not earn anything from this, we do not even touch the money, the payment platform distributes it automatically.
  1. The coupons will be valid for the whole of 2020 or for 6 months after the end of the alarm state (whichever is later).
  2. The amount you will receive will be the amount of the coupon minus the payment platform fees, which you can see in the previous section.
  3. You agree to redeem the full amount of the coupon. If the user pays 20 ?, you will have to redeem 20 ?, even if you have to assume the costs of the payment gateway.
  4. You promise that all the information you provide is true.
  5. You are obliged to redeem the coupon as soon as the COVID-19 crisis has passed.
  6. Please note that if you do not fill in your tax details and your bank account in your user account you will not be able to receive the money.
  7. The transfer of the money to your account will be executed 7 days after receiving the payment. This is a limitation that the payment gateway places on us.
  8. For the purchase and sale to be completed, you must accept the sale in your user account. As soon as you sell something, we will notify you by email.
  9. You agree to give us your details so that we can issue invoices for the sales commissions currently being charged to us by the payment gateway.
